San Francisco has a magic about it. The bay air, the unpredictable fog, the endless amounts of breathtaking views. I always rediscover my sense of wonder when I’m in the city.

Katie messaged me earlier this year about doing an engagement session with her fiance, Alex. These lucky kids split their time in Los Angeles + San Francisco so we had a decision to make. We opted for foggy, autumn vibes. We succeeded.

The three of us met just before the sun came up at Baker Beach. The blue tones this morning were extra enchanting. We explored around Battery Chamberlin before heading up to Sutro Baths. Along the way we made an unexpected stop at the Lincoln Park Steps, right across the street from where the two lived.

This whole morning was a delight. We geeked out about New Girl, the prospects of IG fame for their new puppy Hugo, travels, these strange covid times, surfing + shared laughs all along the way.
